AzadiVPN provides VPN services using VLESS and QUIC protocols to help users access the internet securely and privately. We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not use AzadiVPN to: engage in illegal activities, distribute malware, conduct DDoS attacks, spam, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed through secure cryptocurrency payment providers. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Service Availability
While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
AzadiVPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
