2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must: 1) Request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, 2) Have used less than 10GB of bandwidth, 3) Not have violated our Terms of Service. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and does not apply to subscription renewals.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team via Telegram (@AzadiVPN_support) with your account email and transaction hash. Include a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Since we accept cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued to the same wallet address used for the original payment. Please note that blockchain transaction fees are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases: 1) Requests made after 7 days from purchase, 2) Subscription renewals, 3) Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations, 4) Excessive bandwidth usage (over 10GB), 5) Change of mind after the 7-day period.

7. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. All refunds are full refunds within the 7-day guarantee period only.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in permanent account suspension. Please work with us directly to resolve any payment issues.
